to make sure your data stays intact. It is expected
that you have a backup or a method of reinstalling
your files in the rare case data is lost. Please keep
important documents in logical locations to help prevent
their accidental removal. We will do whatever is possible
to reconstruct your data, but we cannot be held liable
for data loss. We strive to provide the highest quality
service based on research performed in our office,
technical notes, and experience in the field. When
you hire us, you pay for this research, knowledge,
and experience on an hourly basis. The number of hardware
and software combinations as well as user interaction
makes predicting the outcome of every configuration
impossible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee your
computer will be trouble free, nevertheless we will
do our absolute best to make sure that it is.
All parts
and labor carry a 90-day warranty. Some products carry manufacturers'
warranties that exceed 90 days and are covered by the respective
manufacturer.
If, for
any reason, a product you have purchased from macCLINIC®
is not working properly within the first 90 days, simply return
it and we will repair or replace it at our option. Throughout
the warranty period, you can call us (715-281-0383) about any
issue. This guarantee and warranty are the exclusive remedy and
are in lieu of any other guarantees or warranties.
Wisconsin
law shall determine our responsibility hereunder and the exclusive
jurisdiction for such disputes is Portage County, Wisconsin.
