Telephone Support

Our telephone support service will make short work of your computer ills. Rates are $2.00 per minute, or $30.00 per incident. Call for more information.

Repairs and Upgrades

To schedule your repairs please call (715) 281-0383 to obtain an RMA number for the merchandise that you want to have repaired. Your shipment must be prepaid and insured to its full value. macCLINIC® does not accept COD shipments and is not responsible for any damages due to improper packaging. No deliveries will be accepted without an RMA number. Please read our full disclaimer.

Standard Service: $75 per hour. Turnaround time is 3 days.
Emergency Service: $150 per hour. Turnaround time is 1 day.
Any necessary parts would incur additional charges.

All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the product is defective. There are no returns on special order items

Shipping Charges:

We will ship your order via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Charges for shipping are for the amount charged to us by the shipping company. Wisconsin residents are subject to a 5.5% sales tax.
